How do I change my email address to keep receiving Now Novel offers and promos

» If you have a Now Novel member account:
NB: This will change the email address you use to sign into your account, too.

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click ‘Your Profile’ in the top navigation.
  3. Where it says ‘email’ enter your updated email address and ensure you have checked ‘send me occasional contests and special offers’.
  4. Click ‘Update’.

If you do not have a member account:

  1. Sign up for your newsletter using your new/preferred email address on this page.
  2. Unsubscribe from the newsletter on your old email account using the unsubscribe link we include at the bottom of each newsletter.
Did you unsubscribe me? I can’t find the latest offer

» We reserve the right to unsubscribe members who have not opened or interacted with our emails recently. Before you reach out, please check:

  1. Your spam folder - sometimes email clients erroneously mark unfamiliar or new senders as spam.
  2. Your promotional folder - sometimes non-promotional emails from companies are also sent here.

If you are certain you are not subscribed, you can simply resubscribe above.

I missed the closing date for an offer/contest. Am I still eligible

» Please contact support. Contest closing deadlines are more inflexible to ensure fairness (and to enable adjudication to begin). You may still be able to join a course or writing bootcamp in its first week.

How do I unsubscribe

» We include a link to unsubscribe in the footer of every email. If you receive any email in error, please let us know immediately and you will be unsubscribed manually.

Note that we have separate promotions and newsletter mailing lists, so you may need to unsubscribe a few times. If you are a Now Novel member, you can login to your account and go to the Edit Profile page where you can select which emails you wish to receive.

What if you sell my data

» Now Novel does not sell member or subscriber data (email addresses, names or pseudonyms) to any third party. We take your confidentiality and privacy seriously, and conform to regulations outlining the protection of private information.
