I foster cats for a rescue group, and have the pleasure of living on five acres of land backing onto a river on the west coast of Australia.
Growing vegetables and raising chickens (for eggs) is something I also take much joy in.
A major issue I have this late in life, and it's not just that I left writing to such a late stage either, rather it's that I have memory loss. Yups, it's a kicker. I will remember things that are completely irrelevant or unnecessary. However, something of major importance? Completely out the window. Life is a challenge, but I'm ready to take it on! Bring it!
